Our Cottages

Our three holiday cottages, located at different stunning locations within the Axe Valley in East Devon, offer spacious, comfortable and well equipped self catering accommodation.

The Willows Self Catering Holiday Cottage is set amidst the ancient waterways of the River Axe, within the grounds of the historic Weycroft Mill, adjacent to Weycroft Bridge. Set in a semi rural location, some half a mile from the small market town of Axminster. Home to the River Cottage Canteen, and Axminster Tools Skills Centre, renowned for their woodturning courses.The market town it self has an excellent choice of independent shops selling a wide range of locally sauced products.

This recently converted stone built character cottage overlooks River Axe and the stunning Devon countryside beyond, with many public foot and cycle paths within yards of the cottage.

The Colhayne Self catering Holiday Cottages, once a hay barn, now converted into two stunning holiday cottages, are situated down a quiet, no through, country lane boasting stunning panoramic views across the rolling hills of the Devon countryside over the Axe Valley & surrounding farmland; it’s surrounded with wildlife. Public foot paths are just yards away from the cottages, leading down to the river Umborne: a great place for picnics, bird watching, or just a leisurely stroll.
