midst the ancient waterways of the river Axe and situated within the grounds of the historic Weycroft Mill adjacent to Weycroft Bridge, a semi rural location some ½ a mile from the market town of Axminster, this recently converted stone built character Cottage overlooks stunning Devon countryside with many public foot paths within easy reach.

The Willows offers spacious, comfortable and well equipped self catering accommodation for couples or families  - Children are especially welcome & the stone cottage is centrally heated and cosy all year round.

in our beautiful lawned garden with decked patio, wooden garden furniture and a BBQ. or visit the nearby coastal resort of Lyme Regis, in the neighbouring county of Dorset just 6miles away, with its famous Cobb harbour. It is also a well-known haunt for fossil-hunters; sea fishing, sailing and boat hire are all available. Axe Valley Animal Park, The National Trust property of Shute Baron house, Sidmouth Donkey Sanctuary, Beer Quarry Caves, Pecorama are all within easy reach of the cottage. And the cathedral city of Exeter (with theatre, leisure centre and shopping facilities) is approximately 30 minutes drive.

ENTRANCE:  The cottage entrance opens into hall.

SITTING ROOM:   A very cosy and comfortably furnished sitting room with sofa & armchairs,TV with Freeview and DVD player. Wooden beams & original stone walls & . WiFi available at additional charge.

KITCHEN/DINING ROOM:   A large, fully equipped, farmhouse kitchen with fitted units, electric cooker, fridge, microwave, washing machine and a large farmhouse kitchen table, seating 6.

BEDROOMS:  All on the first floor with views over the River Axe: The Master bedroom has a double bed, Freeview TV, bedside units, wardrobe and drawers complete with en suite shower room with walk-in shower, W.C. & wash-hand basin. In addition there is a twin room, with two single beds, wardrobe & drawers. We supply all duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels.

BATHROOM:   In addition to the en suite (above) is a large family bathroom with bath, separate walk-in shower, wash hand-basin, W.C.

OUTSIDE:   Garden, BBQ, Decked patio.  PARKING:   There is private off road parking for up to 3 cars.

OTHER:   The cottage is fully centrally heated. Wifi is available for a small additional charge. Cot and high chair available on request
