We spend a lovely short break at Colhayne East. A calm oasis away from the hustle and bustle, yet only a stones throw from some great Beaches and towns that are typical of East Devon - Recommended.

We stayed in Colhayne West over Easter 2012. Peaceful, secluded location and we can confirm that the beds are very comfy! Great spot for early morning walks with the dog whilst listening to the dawn chorus. Fab views and we even managed a barbeque in the rain. We hope to return soon. The Mittons

We stayed in Colhayne West early Jan 2012. This lovely little cottage was absolutely immaculate and exactly as described. It was warm and cosy and a great base for exploring River Cottage, Honiton for it's antiques.
The bed was vvv comfortable.
Definately recommend.
(only minor comment was that we stay in a lot of similar places and it is nice to have tea bags, milk, biscuits on arrival - just a small touch that might be nice)

Devon Willows...Thank you for your kind words.
In the past we have provided a breakfast pack, in all cottages.But due to food allergies and lactose intolerance we found that they were not being used. So we made the decision only to leave tea bags and sugar.
Look forward to seeing you again in the future.
